Jumping off of our last forensic psych episode on true vs false confessions, we explore how moral panic has infiltrated our country's history from the beginning, and how it rose it's ugly head again in the 80's and 90's. It even lingers today (despite some major research in the right direction) in some legal cases and in politically-fueled phenomena.
